YOLANDA MENOSKY
After gaining sales and marketing experience as National Sales Manager for a major international coffee filter company, Yolanda branched out to own and direct a very successful company in the same field. After selling the company in 1996 Yolanda began volunteering with various non-profit organizations in Orange County, CA. She was immediately recognized for her leadership ability and many creative talents. As chairperson of numerous gala fundraising events Yolanda gained the experience necessary to adequately assess what is needed to make a fundraiser unique and successful. As she had done many years before, a business decision was made and a new company was created, Auctions With Flair. Yolanda and her husband, Ron, reside in Orange Park Acres in Orange, CA. Regardless of the size of the task, Yolanda is ready to tackle any job for any organization with a goal to make the organization’s event “the best ever.”

LAURI BATTERMAN
Lauri Batterman semi-retired from a long and full career of business operations experience in the Health Care Insurance Industry after 25 years.
In 2006 she entered the service phase of her life magnifying her natural flair for creativity with involvement in numerous projects and events serving the needs of Orange County.
Lauri has experience in all areas of non-profit fund raising and though her flair for design and packaging she excels in the “auction” fund raising process. She enjoys the challenges of creation and design, takes pride in meeting the client’s needs while “exceeding their expectations” and assists non-profits to achieve their fund raising goals.
Lauri resides in Fountain Valley with her husband Lee and two wonderful dogs, Quincy and Murphy. In her off time Lauri enjoys yoga, volunteer work, is an Ambassador for the Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce and travels with Lee and "her furry boys".
